Powdercoating line:

• Environmentally control powder room.
• 5 stage iron phosphate with RO halo.
• Window opening is 72” high by 30” wide.
• Part length is 8 foot

Large Part Line:

• Liquid and powder coating can be applied.
• Liquid window opening is 4 foot wide by 9 foot high.
• Lengths up to 25 foot can be coated.
• There are 2 liquid prime booths with a 5 million BTU oven for drying, and then 2 topcoat booths with a 6 million BTU cure oven.
• This line has a roll on roll off powder booth with a window opening of 4 foot wide by 7 foot high.

Small Part Line:

• Pretreatment is a 5 Stage zinc phosphate with RO halo.
• Window opening is 3 foot by 5 foot.
• Coating is cured by a 1.1 million BTU IR oven.
